Benefits to Starting a Women's Health Clinic
Women's Health Clinics are popping up all over the United States. Post Covid era has made the demands for personalized women's health care increase dramatically. Many health care systems are just too overwhelmed with preventative and problems based women's health care needs. Women are waiting months to be seen and told to go to an urgent care or ER for women's health care needs since their practice can't see them in a timely manner. There is a MASSIVE need from more midwifery and nurse practitioner led health clinics supporting women specialties!
There are so many midwives, physicians, and doulas reaching out to me for guidance about how to start women's health clinics. Insurance reimbursement has improved greatly since telemedicine and outpatient services with Covid have increased greatly. More and more nurse practitioner and midwifery state regulations are popping up to advocate for private practice independence. Banks, grants, communities, and private lenders are handing over money left and right to fund these clinics. I can't stress enough this is the prime time to start a health center if you were ever considering it.
